I headed to
the endodontist this morning with the same enthusiasm each of Henry’s wives
showed heading to the tower.
It’s time to
roll up my sleeves and get back to my book.
Today’s errand was almost compromised by a near encounter with
a wild turkey herd.
I woke up this morning to a deer in the backyard munching my
flowers and a hummingbird sipping at the feeder outside the window.
After years of working, which in spite of being just plain hard
at times was often a lot of fun, and several years of retirement, it’s still difficult
for me to just do nothing.
Looks like it’s going to be a quiet Monday. I’ve been to my
Boomers Bootcamp exercise class – not as tough as the title – and am now toned
up and virtuous. Nothing more exiting ahead than some writing and a trip out to
get fruit later.
