Your husband is very talented, gorgeous painting! And lovely photos! Have a great weekend:)
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought your bike path was a narrow road. Now I know that it's a first class bike path.
ReplyDeleteYes, it's only a mile and a half one way - not much for a bike ride - but challenging enough on foot.
DeleteI don't like to walk around my little neighborhood in the county because not everyone restrains their dogs.
ReplyDeleteThat's a shame, Ellen. I remember the days of my childhood when dogs pretty much ran free. Happily, it's not a problem here.
DeleteWhat a lovely picture.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Delores. It's based on a photograph we took one summer at Cape Cod when we stumbled onto a blazing sunset shining onto a small lake.
DeleteWhat a lovely bike/walking path. Nice and level--I could do that.
ReplyDeleteI really like your husbands painting. Hope he has more in the works.
Wonderful nature pictures. I love the train depot.
ReplyDeleteYour husband is an artist!
Like Red, I thought what a charming country lane.Even better bike path.
ReplyDeleteI love frog legs and glad they are available in some places. Be very afraid...I have an entire box for bones! One of my favorites pieces is an old faucet connected to a deer bone that is titled Bone Dry.
ReplyDeleteI'm a little strange but never bored.
Nice walk, I see you have a bit of Fall Color now:)
ReplyDeleteThat is a really fine picture. I finally found a way to follow you on my Reader, because I wasn't getting your posts through Google+ (which I rarely visit). Yay! I like those pretty birdhouses, too. :-)
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the walk with you. I love the little bird houses and your husband'a painting looks beautiful hanging over the sofa!
ReplyDeleteYour husband is an excellent artist.
ReplyDeleteI like the little birdhouses, I used to have one and left it in the tree when i moved away.
That little sparrow on the rock has already puffed his feathers against the oncoming cold.
ReplyDeleteThe little abandoned train station looks perfect to be moved to another site and refurbished as a cottage.
